Buat Ibu Mengandung...
- (1) B-Complex - 1 tab
daily. this B-Complex dah lengkap dgn 8 kumpulan B, termasuklah asid
folik.
- (2) Vita-Lea with Iron
- 1 tab daily. Vita-Lea nie is a multivitamin. So, bila dah ambil nie tak
perlu ambil Obimin ya.
- (3) Vit-C - 1 tab
daily. Improve your antibodi, natural antihistamine and collagen source,
so will reduce stretch mark effect.
- (4) OsteMatrix - 4 tab
daily, will give you 1000mg calcium needed daily. Setiap satu tab ada
250mg Calcium. Ibu mengandung perlukan 1000mg-1300mg calcium sehari untuk
pembentukan tulang yg kuat & gigi utk baby. Jika minum susu penuh
kalsium segelas sehari, ambil 2 biji OsteMatrix sehari pon mencukupi.

Untuk penyerapan vitamin yang
lebih baik, better ambil vitamin di waktu malam. Namun kalau nak ambil
semua serentak mesti sukar, kan?
Jadi, ini suggestion (Jadual Pemakanan) :
Sebabnya, penyerapan
kalsium bergantung kepada berapa kerap kita buang air kecil. Pada waktu malam,
kita kurang ke toilet, so tubuh lebih mudah menyerap lebih banyak kalsium. Dan,
bonusnya, kita akan dapati boleh bangun pagi keesokannya dengan lebih mudah,
tiada cramp, badan rasa ringan gitu.
Ini sekadar cadangan, boleh
juga tukar-tukar ikut keserasian dan keselesaan. Namun, yang OsteMatrix tue,
sangat digalakkan ambil di waktu malam.
